Stats.pm

Synopsis

Stats.pm is a collection of functions related to statistical analysis. It is required for many of the statistical analysis scripts provided here.

Dependencies

• POSIX.pm (part of the perl core distribution).

Problems/bugs

• Some of the 'unused' functions have not been extensively tested.
• The U-test probability calculation uses the normal approximation, which is not accurate for small n.
